How do I create a listing?

To create a listing, sign in to your account, tap the "+" button, and fill in the equipment details (type, condition, price, photos). Your listing goes live on the marketplace immediately. You can edit, mark it sold, or remove it any time from My Listings.

How do I become a verified dealer?

Go to your profile and tap "Apply for Dealer Status." Provide your business information, and we'll review your application. Once approved, you'll get a verified badge and unlock additional features like bulk listings and dealer analytics.

How do I message sellers?

When viewing a listing, tap the "Message" button to start a conversation. You can ask questions about the equipment, negotiate pricing, or arrange pickup. Messages are kept private between you and the seller.

Is the app free to use?

Yes. Browsing, creating an account, posting listings, and messaging are all completely free. Haulerz is supported by advertising partnerships.

How do I report an issue or inappropriate listing?

Tap the three-dot menu on any listing and select "Report." Provide details about the issue, and our team will investigate. We take safety and compliance seriously.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your profile settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes your profile, listings, and messages. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you can't access the app, email support@haulerzapp.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.
